Model Ice Blocks Easily

George Yurick sent us these photos of some ice blocks he made using Woodland Scenics Water Effects. Also, take a look at his fabulous scratch-built ice house.

"I have seen "ice blocks" made by other manufacturers but those made with your Water Effects look more realistic and have the shiny, wet-looking surface of ice.

Here is George's 'recipe' for this ingenious idea!

    1. Apply a ½" square layer of Water Effects to a non-stick surface, like wax paper. Let cure.
    2. Add three additional layers, letting each layer fully cure before adding the next.
    3. Trim if necessary after blocks are cured and clear.
