We ship worldwide! Orders are shipped worldwide Monday through Friday, with the exception of closings on major holidays. We aim to ship orders on the same day they are placed or the next business day. Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis.

We are not responsible for weather-related delays.

Shipping Costs: Costs will vary based on the items you purchase and the package destination. Your final total will be listed so you may choose the shipping option that best fits your needs at check out.

Tracking Number: You will receive your tracking information the same day that your order is shipped. All delivery dates are estimated.

Return Policy

Woodland is proud to maintain a high standard of quality products. It is our intention to manufacture and deliver products to customers that meet these standards. For defective, incorrect or damaged products, please contact our Sales and Customer Service department for further assistance.

IMPORTANT: Please note that returns and replacements are only valid if purchases were made through Woodland directly. Otherwise, you must go to where you purchased the item to inquire about their return policy.
