  • How do I place an order?

    Add the desired items to the cart and then proceed to checkout once all items are added.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Free shipping is offered on orders over $150.00 in the continental U.S. (48 states).

    If you are outside of the continental U.S. or if your order is below $150.00, shipping costs will vary. You can determine shipping costs by adding the desired items to your cart on our website and proceeding to checkout. Shipping options with cost will be given at that point. If you decide you do not want to continue, you can exit out of the order at this point. If you decide to place an order and you have selected your shipping options, then you will proceed to the payment section.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We ship to most international locations. Click here for the current International Shipping Locations.

  • What about added fees (e.g. customs) on my order?

  • How do I track my order?

    Once the order has shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the email address attached to your account/purchase. Also, the tracking information will be posted under your account information on the website.

  • There is a problem with my purchase. What do I do?

  • How do I know when a new product is released?

    Products will move from “Coming Soon” to “New Products” once they are released. The release will also be announced in our newsletters and on Social Media. To be notified via email when a new product is released, go to the product you are interested in and select the link on the new product “Notify me when this item is available”.
