I am using your 1/4 inch Styrofoam boards to create a wall where my N gauge train travels to a different level. I have tried using Foam Nails to hold the board in place, but as I start to round the board to follow the opening the pins pop out.
You will have an easier time if you curl the the Foam Sheet before trying to install it. You can do this by gently flexing the Foam Sheet back and forth or flattening it slightly with a rolling pin. This will allow the Foam Sheet to flex more easily.
We also have 1/4" Modeling Sheets. These sheets are very flexible and bend easily along a curve.
Insert the Foam Nails at a slight angle through the Foam Sheet and into the plywood.
