N Scale Workout

Here is another fantastic building built by Raul Perez. He built Jaime's Gym using the DPM Building Kit Otto's Parts, combining it with another kit from Willmodels, along with a few minor modifications and additions.

The backstory for this one is that one of the boxers wasn't satisfied with the "outcome" of his match, and came back afterwards to the gym to "settle the score". To keep things from getting too out of hand, the local constable is standing by. Meanwhile, another guy out front is telling some young girl about his upcoming match, while another young boxer sits quietly leaned up against the wall wondering if this really is the right occupation for him. To add a sense of realism, the rear 2nd floor rooms are darkened while the lights towards the front of the building are on.
