There are endless ways to model an oil spill. The key is to have fun and use your imagination. Here are some examples: -Black paint -Earth Colors Liquid Pigment in Black (C1220) -Top Coat Asphalt (ST1453) -Mix a Black liquid pigment with Realistic Water (C1211), and add a hint of water. This will model a shiny, black oil spill. -Mix water-soluble black paint (like our liquid pigments) with water-soluble adhesive, and a hint of water. This will give some texture to the oil spill.
