Thanks - Gary RaizesResponse from Woodland Scenics Hello Gary, In our testing, we have not encountered any problems using locomotives with traction tires on the Roto Wheel Cleaner. The Scrubbing Pads will probably work a bit better because the coarseness of the pad will keep the tire from slipping. Cleaning should be followed up with the Cleaning Pads.
